A. A Vacation rental can be an apartment, a villa, any type of house which the owners rents out to tourists.
2. What is Fun Holidays Goa?
A. Fun Holidays Goa is a vacation rental located in a resort so our guests get the best of both the worlds. These 1 Bedroom-Hall-Kitchen apartments give you the comfort of a house (fridge, TV, Washing Machine, Kitchen and the facilities of the resort (Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Baby Pool).
These apartments are bought from the resort hence the management of the resort and these apartments are different, though we have a tie up with the resort for our guests to use all the facilities of the resort free of cost.
3. How is a vacation rental better than a Hotel?
A. Booking a vacation Rental for your holidays is a better decision than a hotel for the following reasons
a) Ability to cook- Most of the vacation rentals (including Fun Holidays Goa) have a kitchen. It is a good idea to cook on a holiday because a) If you need some special diet you can follow it b) you can fix up special meals for kids c) you can save some of the money you would have to spend on eating out. d) sudden pangs of hunger can be taken care of. e) you will eat healthier.
Tip- Prepare a menu and grocery list before you leave on vacation.
b) Extra space- Vacation rentals offer you much more space than a normal hotel room
c) Cost effective- Vacation rentals come at the same cost (if not cheaper) than hotels but a) you get more facilities at the same cost. b) with more space, families or groups can bring down the cost per party.
d) You get all the facilities that you have at home to make your holiday comfortable- multiple rooms, microwave, kitchen, utensils, washing machine etc
4) Will I be the resort's guest or someone else's?
These apartments are in the resort and our guests have free access to all the facilities of the resort, but our guests are taken care of by us and not the resort. That works out the best for the guest since in the resort, you are one of their many guests, but we give personalised attention to our only four guests.
5) What will be included in the complimentary breakfast?
As of now we have a tie up with the resort for the complimentary breakfast they give to their guests which includes a buffet of toast, jam, butter tea/coffee.
6) Can more than 4 people stay in one apartment?
No, the apartments can sleep a maximum of four adults.
7) What facilities of the resort can I avail? Free or paid?
The following facilities are can be availed by our guests
Swimming pool- Free
Gym- Free
Wifi- Recharge coupons to be bought from the reception of the resort.
Restaurants- Free access, pay for whatever you take
Shops of the resort- pay for the what you buy
8)Can you arrange for bikes, cars, sight seeing trips?
Of course we can. Just let us know your requirement.
